When our finished basement flooded while away on vacation, I called Vasquez Home Remodeling for the first time. They did a beautiful job with new flooring, repairing walls, relocating a door, painting, replacing the moulding and updating a few switches and fixtures. They were punctual, skilled, honest and pleasant to work with. They returned to remove a shower in the MBR suite and painted and replaced moulding in a few other rooms. I highly recommend Elver and his crew.

I used Vasquez home remodeling for painting and flooring. It is so reassuring that there are workers who still take pride in their work. They were punctual, neat and addressed all of my concerns because this was a big job! I am so very pleased with the outcome. I can’t wait to have them come back for further jobs. Coming from a neat-freak I’m pleased beyond measure! Highly recommend!

I hired Vasquez Home Improvements for a complete apartment renovation—including kitchen remodeling, painting, staircase work, and new flooring—and I couldn’t be happier with the results. From the initial consultation, Elver’s honesty and professionalism stood out, and from start to finish, the team was professional, courteous, and highly skilled.

His attention to detail truly stood out—he consistently went above and beyond. Elver is not only highly skilled but also incredibly trustworthy. It was clear that he and his team take pride in their work and are fully committed to delivering the best possible results.

I highly recommend Vasquez Home Improvements to anyone looking for quality craftsmanship and dependable service.

Thank you, Elver (Vasquez Home Remodeling), for making this experience completely stress-free!

Checks all the boxes. Hard working, honest, obvious that he cares about the work and wants you to be happy. Simply a good person. Very reasonable and rational pricing.

Word of mouth still often gives you the best results. He was referred to me and I will continue to refer him to my friends. As a multi decade Real Estate professional, I fully recommend Elver and his team for work on your most important investment — your home.
